Short jin pole setup in preparation for lowering for masthead work. 

Mast head will be lowered to access from standing on picnic table.

Side stay ropes will be removed during lowering then reattached  to limit lateral movement.

    Top-vants keep the mast from side move. And I just hand the jin-pole.
